Our Enterprise Transformation team in Switzerland is looking for a Senior Manager or Director in Business Technology located in our Zurich or Geneva Office

Prepare, design, and implement transformations in business and IT that have an impact on the organizational structure, the way of working and the culture
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop unique approaches to address client needs, objectives, and challenges
- Lead and oversee multiple consulting projects simultaneously
- Supervise and mentor a team of consultants
- Evaluate clients' existing technology systems and infrastructure
- Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Recommend technology solutions that align with client objectives
- Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation efforts
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Seek opportunities to enhance consulting methodologies
- Drive innovation and improvement within the consulting practice
- Strengthen Invent offerings to continuously support our Leader for Leader approach
Your qualifications
- Academic excellence: outstanding bachelor's or master’s degree in a renowned University in the field of Business and/or Information Technology
- Industry knowledge: Deep knowledge (7+ years) of practical project experience in the field of digital transformation in at least one of the following industries: Financial Services, Consumer Goods & Retail, Manufacturing, and Life Science
- Consulting experience: strong consulting experience (7+ years) and strong project management and/or change management skills
- Conceptual talent: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Communication and presentation skills: fluency in English and German (Zurich/Basel) or French (Lausanne/Geneva) is mandatory (minimum C1 level written and spoken). Strong presentation and moderation skills
- Leadership experience: experience in management with proven leadership skills and high emotional intelligence. Confidence and maturity to work with senior management
- Digital affinity: very good MS Office skills
- Cultural fit: high reliability, team spirit, and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity)
- Flexibility in terms of location: you will be working at customer sites, from the Capgemini Invent offices (Geneva or Zurich), and at home
