Job description

We work with leading Nordic FS institutions as well as major organizations from across Europe. We focus primarily on Banking, Insurance and Private Equity however increasingly see crossover with other industries (e.g. automotive, telco, etc.) as traditionally non-FS organizations build out their offerings.

Within FS we operate across all classic FS Business Areas and Group Functions, and we complement our FS know-how with local and global Capability Unit expertise to enable us to respond to customer challenges in a multitude of topic areas: large-scale transformation, AI-driven capability augmentation, digital future, sustainability, data governance/management, compliance with risk & regulation, cloud strategy and implementation, hybrid working solutions to name but some…

Your skills & career

We are looking for Managers and Directors who are empathic, inspirational, great at coaching, have a growth mindset and have a true passion for FS. The person we want to invite to join our mission likely has:

• Extensive (for Manager level positions 4+ years, for Director level positions 8+ years) FS consulting or industry experience
• Experience in Banking, Insurance or Private Equity and/or experience with a specialty subject area that is of relevance to FS organizations (e.g. data, AI, risk/regulation, cost efficiency, operating model, etc)
• Track record of business development as well as drive to develop both your own, and the teams’ skills
• Excellent leadership, collaboration and networking skills
• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field with strong academic records
• Excellent English and Swedish language skills
• Based in Stockholm and with readiness to travel to clients’ sites
• Swedish work permit required
