YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a skilled React Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in React development and a proven track record of leading development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, particularly in the area of KPI dashboards and data visualization based on Power BI.

YOUR TASKS

• Lead a team of React developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web application using React and node.js
• Collaborate with BA, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team

YOUR PROFILE

• 4+ years of experience as a React developer with a strong portfolio of web applications
• Previous experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring a team of developers
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3
• Strong understanding of React.js and its core principles. Experience in writing simple services in node.js
• Experience with popular React workflows
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
