YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a skilled Mid / Regular Full Stack Developer ideally with experience in the insurance domain to join our dynamic team. The good candidate will have a background in software development and an understanding of the insurance industry. Experience working with insurance customers is desirable, and familiarity with insurance software platforms such as Sapiens, DuckCreek, EIS, or Guidewire would be an advantage.
YOUR TASKS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software solutions tailored to the needs of insurance clients.
- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of applications, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Utilize industry best practices and standards to deliver high-quality code and maintain code integrity throughout the development lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the insurance industry to inform decision-making and enhance the effectiveness of solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a focus on both front-end and back-end development.
- Understanding of insurance industry practices, processes, and terminology is an advantage

- Spring/Spring Boot (incl. Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring Cloud)
- Angular
- AWS
- MicroService Architecture
- DevOps: Jenkins, Kubernetes
- REST APIs
Good to have:
- Frontend Development with Angular and TypeScript
- AWS Cloud, Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK-Stack
- Git
- E2E Frontend Testing with Cypress or Playwright
- Jira, Confluence
- Pair programming
- German speaking skills
