We are seeking a meticulous and results-oriented Business Analyst with a specialization in Debt Management, Collections on Recovery, and Regulatory Compliance to join our dynamic team in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial operations and possess the skills necessary to analyze complex data sets that pertain to debt recovery processes. This role demands expertise in identifying and implementing strategies to optimize the debt recovery lifecycle while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory frameworks. The successful applicant will work closely with various stakeholders, including collections teams and compliance officers, to provide insights and recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and mitigate financial risk. The Business Analyst will be responsible for translating business needs into functional requirements and delivering actionable reporting to support decision-making processes. Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively are paramount in this position. Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret debt management data to support collection strategies.

YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis within the banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of debt management practices and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies, including Excel and data visualization software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
