Mandatory skills:

1. Facilitate Agile Practices: Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services.
2. SAFe Implementation: Lead the implementation of SAFe practices across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
3. Team Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the Scrum Team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and progress.
5. Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the team's progress and identify areas for improvement.
6. Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to team members and other stakeholders on Agile and SAFe practices.
7. Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of Agile and SAFe methodologies across the organization.

Qualifications:
1.Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC): SPC certification required.

2.CSM or PSM certification
3.Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
4. SAFe Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and its implementation.
