YOUR PROJECT

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key role as a Scrum Master/Project Manager. You’ll be taking over from the current Scrum Master, who is being promoted and will lead project management efforts to drive successful project delivery. This role involves steering the team, managing key users, and working alongside virtual teams to ensure performance and efficiency improvements.

YOUR TASKS

• Act as both Scrum Master and Project Manager, ensuring efficient delivery and performance improvements.
• Oversee and manage key users across teams in different regions.
• Collaborate with architects and virtual teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Use the Scrum framework to drive team performance and meet company objectives.
• Lead, advise, coach and
• support the team members so that it ultimately becomes a self-organizing, self-
• responsible and highly productive team with an agile mindset
• Support the Product Owner in the processing of the product backlog and prioritization and in the preparing of planning
• Lead the risk and impediment backlog

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Proven Project Management experience within IT.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage key users and drive performance.
• Experience working within virtual teams and Scrum environments.
• Good knowledge of agile methods & tools
• Ability to analyze processes and requirements
• English (C1 level)
