We have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Executive to join us in Malaysia

1.Financial Performance Accountability

·Delivery & Sold Financials: Responsible for both the delivery and financial health of engagements. This includes meeting financial targets.

·Account Performance: Monitor and govern performance at the account level, making sure committed margins are achieved and improved.

2.Engagement & Account Delivery Reviews

·Continuous Improvement: Lead improvement initiatives to enhance Contribution Margin (CM) through delivery and account-level reviews.

·Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for delivery issues, for internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring swift resolution.

3.Engagement Manager (EM) Oversight

·Coordinate Engagement Managers: Track, manage, and coordinate Engagement Managers (EMs), ensuring their compliance with objectives.

·Certification & Process Deployment: Ensure that the delivery processes and tools are implemented effectively and oversee the certification of the Engagement Manager community to maintain high standards.

4.Stakeholder Relationship Building

·Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders & align delivery with customer expectations.

·Delivery Led Sales: Drive sales through a delivery-led approach, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.

·OTACE: Tracking the level of customer satisfaction, retention and overall business success.

5.Bid & Proposal Approval

·Delivery Validation: Approve and validate all bids and proposals, ensuring feasibility and alignment with delivery objectives from a financial and resource perspective.

6.P&L Management

·Perimeter-Level P&L: Manage key financial metrics at the perimeter level, including Revenue, Contribution Margin (CM), Non-Billed Time (NBT), Work In Progress (WIP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).

·Performance Reporting: Report on delivery performance to the Delivery Head, ensuring transparency and alignment with overall organizational goals.

·Forecasting: Revenue, CM forecasts for engagements, accounts and industry segments

Requirements:

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 15+ years proven experience in a delivery/program/portfolio management role

  • Domain Experience in any of the following domains is a plus:

    • Digital Manufacturing

    • Embedded Software for Medical Devices

    • Automotive Products

    • Connectivity & Networks

  • A strong understanding of financial concepts such as Revenue Accruals, Contribution Margin improvement, WIP (Work In Progress), and AR (Accounts Receivable) is crucial.

  • Prior experience in managing fixed-price projects, including cost controls and risk management, is beneficial.

  • Complex Environments: Ability to navigate and lead within complex organizational structures, client landscapes, and large-scale projects with multiple moving parts.

  • Effective communication skills are essential for managing relationships with stakeholders and teams.

  • Strong analytical skills are needed to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions.

  • Leadership experience in continuous improvement initiatives is key, especially in operational efficiency and delivery performance.

  • Managing and effectively coordinating with various stakeholders critical to the achieve the outcomes expected of this function. The stakeholders will be direct reports, indirect reports in a matrix organization, clients, engineering, finance, HR & Sales.
