What is the frog Accelerate Programme Pathway?

The frog pathway of the Accelerate programme is designed for talented graduates who are passionate about creating memorable customer experiences by imagining and building innovative experiences, products, and businesses that disrupt markets, win hearts, and realise the future. As part of Capgemini Invent, frog is a leading global creative consultancy that partners with visionary leaders and entrepreneurs to apply strategy, creativity, data, AI and tech that can re-invent businesses, drive growth and lead customer-centric transformation in an eco-digital era.

The Accelerate Programme consists of 2 parts:

  • The Institute (circa 3 months)
  • The frog Academy (circa 18 months)

Your first 3 months of the Accelerate Programme will be spent within The Institute, where you will learn core consulting skills and gain a broad understanding of everything we do at frog (Capgemini Invent) within a feedback-rich environment.

Following your time in The Institute, you will join the frog Academy. Please refer to the relevant entry route webpage further details on team structure and information on alignment with your skills and interests.

The Focus of Your Role

As an Associate Consultant you will embark on a stimulating and exciting journey where you will develop core consulting skills, influencing how our clients evolve the way they work, perform, and achieve their goals. You’ll have the opportunity to work on large-scale transformation programmes, ensuring the smooth delivery of end-to-end projects by working flexibly, demonstrating intellectual capability and delivering innovative solutions for clients.

Depending on your craft, the day-to-day tasks on a client project can vary from designing innovative strategies and propositions in areas such as customer engagement strategy, brand strategy, service design, product design, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), loyalty, marketing, content, commerce and service transformation, to testing these new designs with user research methodologies and evaluating technologies and platforms to bring them to life.

What you will need

We are interested to hear from you if you have experience working in the industries we operate in and are keen to start a career in an environment where you can drive change.

Ideally, you will have some (or all) of the following:

  • A natural curiosity in topics such as customer & business strategy, content and marketing strategy, customer relationship management and loyalty, commerce, service design, product development, UI & Design Systems
  • A passion for enhancing customer experiences and identifying emerging technologies, with an understanding of the importance in putting the customer at the heart of new solutions to solve client problems
  • An interest and/or experience in our target sectors: Retail, Consumer Products, Financial Services, Public Sector, Energy & Utilities, Travel & Transport (incl. Automotive), and Telco & Media
  • A strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment alongside senior client stakeholders to articulate the value of the customer, their behaviours and motivations as a key part of any business’ growth and transformation strategy

At Capgemini Invent, although academics form part of our overall hiring decision, we do not select candidates purely on academic performance. We will assess your suitability for a role using several tools including video interviewing and assessment centers (all currently being held virtually).

Note: You will have lived in the UK for the last 3 years with no more than 6 consecutive month residence outside the UK (in order to meet security clearance requirements).

Learning and Development

When you enter the frog Academy, a heavy emphasis is placed on your development and being able to learn a variety of skills, craft-led expertise, and our frog essentials in a multitude of environments.

During the programme you will benefit from wider learning opportunities and can choose from a suite of training and accreditations including:
