PRIMARY SKILLS

Having 9-12 years of experience in design & development of Automotive Seating systems. Previous OEM / Supplier experience is highly desirable

Strong knowledge on design and development of Complete seats, Plastic, foam & trims, experience on frame is added advantage

Have at least 5 – 6 complete product Lifecycle Experience in Seating systems

Strong knowledge of regulatory standards for Seating system like ECE and FMVSS

Strong knowledge on manufacturing processes of injection moulded plastic components.

Strong knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS, DFMEA, DVP, 3D annotations, GD & T, tolerance stack-up, change management.

Experienced for Various project and product milestone. Solid understanding about DV , PV, and SOP.

Experienced in working for RFQ/RFI. Experience of working from RFI to SOP is added advantage

Very strong knowledge in UGNX/Catia CAD software - part design, surfacing, assembly, drafting.

Able to interact with customers and manufacturing suppliers to fulfil all the technical requirements on the project.

SECONDARY SKILLS

Capable of Building and leading the project teams.

Strong experience of working in CFT environment and with global counterparts

Good in Project management, Report preparation, Conflict resolution & Negotiation

Proactive and self-motivated, must be able to drive the project and meeting the project timelines.

Very good communicator, good verbal and written English Communication.
