Job description

Our regional team is looking for a person with a strong ability in working in a group and innovation spirit. You have proven experience as scrum master, have already an experience in managing a team and a good understanding and knowledge of the IT delivery.

Level

Currently we are looking to enrich our teams with senior consultants. You can count on a challenge that is equal to your abilities.

Due to our large organization, we can engage resources from all experience levels for our broad portfolio of clients, projects and assignments.

Your profile – Skills & Experiences (in accordance with your level)

• Higher Education (Bachelor - Master level),

• Extended Scrum Master experience in an IT environment,

• Professional skills – certification is a plus (PSM 2 / SAFe Scrum Master at least),

• Advanced Communication Skills including the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences,

• Good understanding of the (business) processes and requirements,

• DevOps knowledge,

• Successfully supported an organization in a global context with coaching and relationship management,

• Strong leadership skills and committed in getting the job done

Languages and mobility

• Resident in the region
• Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a big plus)
