Your Role

• Manage the delivery of agile projects across the full lifecycle; from sales-handover, through inception and delivery through to project close-down
• Manage complex development projects on-time, on-budget, and to client specifications.
• Develop and execute the strategic vision within the project
• Lead and collaborate with team solution and technical architects to identify and recommend solutions, integration points and related implementation architecture for business usage improvements, scalability and performance.
• Work with partners and agencies involved in the implementation.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT project Management
• Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a collaborative environment.
• Professional level of Dutch and English
• Demonstrated expertise in leveraging digital technologies (Salesforce, Adobe,…) to transform businesses.
• Excellent communicator & Experience with stakeholder management
• Strong organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail.
• Be a true project manager and lead meetings, engagements and projects with a scope >€2M.

Additional Qualifications

• Hands on experience with agile / scrum methodology.
• Experience with collaborating with developers, clients, other business analysts, Solution Architects, Release Managers, etc.
• Prince 2, CSM certification or PMP certification.
