Job Description

We're looking for a Functional Lead in our Salesforce Practice that is passionate about streamlining business processes. This role is responsible for assisting on client projects to facilitate discovery, conduct requirements gathering and refinement, define process gaps, define configuration specifications, perform quality assurance, and manage project documentation. You will own the Salesforce system and work closely with business users, internal stakeholders and development teams to meet the needs of business, drive process and system changes.

Key Requirements:

· 3-7 years of experience as a client-facing Salesforce Business Analyst/Functional Lead with at-least 3+ Salesforce projects and at-least one in Sales and one in Service Cloud

· Develop/refine as-is and to-be business processes and ‘use-cases’ using SAFe principles, customer journey maps, and design principles.

· Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce Core data model

· Ability to analyze and document complex business processes using process modeling tools such as Mural, Microsoft Visio and/or LucidChart.

· Demonstrated knowledge of the business analysis skills, including process and data-driven analysis experience using common industry frameworks.

· Proven experience driving consensus across multiple stakeholders from different business functions.

· Extensive knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and extension. Should be a subject-matter expert (SME) across platform features, including contact/Opportunity/Lead management, Pipeline and Forecast management, File sync & share, quotes, and Case management

· Understand how Salesforce integrates with our other CRM solutions and customer/business intelligence databases

· Effective at managing a team and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously
