Must Have

  • Valid experience of 9-12 years in H2R domain
  • Strong project management skills applied in a business/corporate environment.
  • Experience in managing multiple process design projects.
  • Need to have experience in creating process maps.
  • Participate in workshops, capture actions and in some instances facilitate / lead the session
  • Handle the complex problem raised by client and provide solution to problem.
  • Responsible for managing client stakeholders that process end to end H2R activities ((e.g. Talent development, Mobility, Workforce administration, talent acquisition, case management, helpdesk, remuneration, etc.)
  • Handle project tasks according to the project deadlines
  • Involved in process design, understanding the Hire – Retire processes and leveraging DGEM
  • Interaction with Client daily via phone and email, work on resolving H2R related issues, cooperate with other delivery team members, and ensure that the documentation is up to date
  • Ensure knowledge sharing with other team members and work in coordination with the team.
  • Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience in leading HR process transformation
  • Experience in HR technology - Oracle HCM, Taleo,
  • SuccessFactors, and Case management tool
  • Knowledge of Bus Optix / Visio or mapping tool
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Managing H2R stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate expertise in leading and managing both internal and external clients.
  • Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan,
  • Involved in process design, understanding the Hire – Retire processes and leveraging DGEM
  • Organize knowledge sharing sessions both within the team and cross teams
  • Collaborate with client team to understand process challenges, flows, etc.
  • Spearheads the creation of SOPs, DTPs and knowledge assessments
  • Works with designated stakeholders to gather and finalize commitments (process design, technology enhancements, process standardization, etc.)
  • Develop process excellence in HR Operational activities (across Talent development, Mobility, Workforce administration, talent acquisition, case management, helpdesk, remuneration, etc.)
  • Monitors progress toward reaching commitment thresholds and provides status reporting to core project management team
  • Ensure all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) are updated within agreed timeframes on the defined support tool
  • Maintains collaborative relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Handle regular communication with the Client counterparts and build relationship with them for the future delivery.
  • Continually seek out ways to improve Client satisfaction.
  • Build the positive and supportive team culture and help team to improve efficiency.
  • Be responsible for all project deliverables.
  • Develop, mentor, and coach junior members.
  • Handle client communication and reporting.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and business acumen skills
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication skills
