We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Engagement Manager to join our PBS team in Malmö. As an SAP Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing client engagements, ensuring successful delivery of SAP projects, and building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.

YOUR ROLE

  • Understanding client's needs, aligning project objectives with company goals, and ensuring the successful completion of the project at hand.
  • Lead SAP implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Play a central role in building, maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
  • Working collaboratively with solution architects and technical consultants for preparing appropriate response to RFP documents.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
  • Drive process improvements and share best practices across the PBS team to enhance overall service delivery.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP project management with good delivery or pre-sales background having demonstrated experience in managing projects.
  • Strong understanding of SAP solutions and proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to respond to RFP and estimation capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
