ABOUT THE ROLE

Our digital team is growing and now you will have the opportunity to develop your skills together with your colleagues. Our customers are in various stages of a digital transformation where you, as a new joiner within the Digital Marketing team at Capgemini Sweden, will have the opportunity to use and develop your expertise and leadership within Adobe Experience Manager.

In this role you will have the opportunity to deliver to some of the biggest global brands, work with clients and other third parties as well as teams within Capgemini. We are looking for committed people, with a willingness to learn and want to be part of a great development journey!

• Design and implementation of Technical Solution based on AEM, specific customer business, strategic and technical requirements.
• Define customer strategies and requirements in project phases and implementation roadmap based on client priorities and requirements and technical dependencies.
• Lead workshops and guide customer in how to optimize production, management and delivery of content in various digital channels.
• Technical discussions with customers in various industries regarding Digital Content Management, MarTech solutions, integration with existing systems and target architecture.
• Proactively propose and implement solutions for process improvement.
• Design and lead the integration of Adobe Experience Manager both within the Adobe ecosystem and with other tools that our customers have.
• Develop code and configuration. Lead the development team with best practices for development within AEM.

Within the scope of the role, there is also an opportunity for you - if there is an interest - to shape more strategic sales and marketing activities, where you become a leader in our Adobe community in Sweden (guild) and work closely with our Adobe CoE (Center of Excellence) in pre-sales and sales work.

YOUR PROFILE

• +5 years of experience in web application development, DevOps tools and coding best practices such as CI/CD, GIT, Test Frameworks
• +3 years of experience as Technical Architect implementing applications with Adobe Experience Manager – AEM.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as: HTML5, Java Script, XML, Java, WCM, OSGi, REST, GraphQL, Web Analytics, Single Page Application.
• You have a problem-solving attitude. Identify and solve problems and give advice to others, or if needed call in other experts. You can collaborate effectively with your team as well as with the customer.
• To stand out Swedish in oral and written is a big plus.
