Business & Technology Solutions (BTS) is a key team within Capgemini, specializing in navigating our customers through the complexities and interdependencies that characterize large-scale technology-enabled transformation programs. Our team of experienced business analysts, IT architects and transformation managers, support our customers in designing, planning, and conducting digital transformations. We create a bridge between business objectives and the world of IT solutions that can help to achieve them. We’re striving to understand our customers business, current and future challenges, as well as their IT environment. We then propose, design, plan and help to implement new technological solutions or changes in the current IT landscape to improve or transform relevant processes. We often define requirements for new IT projects that are later implemented by other Capgemini units or external partners.

As a Senior consultant in Digital Transformation, you work with some of our customers within the Public sector, Retail or Auto industry. You’ll play a leading role in complex client projects at the intersection of business and IT, advising and supporting our clients in their digital transformation. You develop the digital potential of the customers and drive forward decisive innovations in order to actively shape the digital transformation in the context of Public sector, Retail or Auto -specific problems. You will develop sustainable IT solutions with us based on business requirements and equip our customers for the future.

The responsibilities will vary from project to project, you will for example:
• Act as Subject Matter Expert within your area of expertise and advise and support with regard to digital transformation.
• Design and implement technology solutions enabling business to take advantage of our customers current and emerging opportunities, i.e. be part of developing, implementing, and improving business processes.
• Support our sales organization in shaping and advising on new deals.
• You analyze and identify optimization and innovation potential based on current trends in the industry and map these into future-proof IT solutions.
• With your individual strengths and your professional expertise, you will work on the further development of our service portfolio.

Your daily tasks
• leading consulting, IT transformation and roll-out projects for our customers,
• organizing and moderating meetings and workshops with customers representatives where you will get to know their current and future challenges as well as collect and structure requirements resulting from them,
• analyzing, modeling, and identifying improvements of business processes as well as in IT systems and environments in order to propose and design changes and optimizations,
• cooperating with customers, technology experts and development teams to design new technology solutions or changes in existing IT systems and environments,
• defining requirements and creating specifications for new IT systems or changes and transformation of existing IT landscapes,
• presenting and discussing your solution ideas with diverse groups of stakeholders to win their acceptance and commitment,
• identifying opportunities for business development and new projects, as well as contributing to new offers for our clients,
• supporting and mentoring less experienced consultants and leading consulting teams.

What you'll bring
• You have several years of experience, preferably from consulting in one of the following vertical: Public sector, Retail or Auto companies, e.g. as a business analyst, process manager, enterprise manager, in requirements management or in project management.
• You are characterized by your experience/interest in business development and sales, your focus on results, your strategic thinking, your high level of self-motivation and customer orientation.
• You are a strong communicator who understands the importance of fostering relationships with business and IT stakeholders, you are comfortable working in a mixed client and Capgemini agile environment – and have a good level of Swedish both spoken and written.
