YOUR ROLE
We are looking for someone who wants to help our customers become more data-driven in their decision making. As a Senior/ Managing consultant you may wear different hats depending on the context, your role and responsibilities may vary slightly depending on the client and project.

As Data Project & Engagement Manager you set direction with your vision and leadership, organizing and inspiring large teams. You will work in a global context, leading team members both locally as well as offshore. You build relationships at all levels, using your talent to convince, connect, and gain trust. Your empathy, communication skills, and political sensitivity help you adapt to any situation. By elevating client relationships, you naturally generate additional business. Your aim is to facilitate for the team, so that their solutions and achievements creates great value for our clients.

You will manage contracts and are involved in key client decisions, strengthening and expanding partnerships through stakeholder management and long-term planning. You discuss strategies at the executive level, mobilizing multidisciplinary teams to prepare, present, and execute plans. Your main task is delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are experienced in leading large teams within the Data, AI & Analytics field, for example as a delivery manager, delivery executive, project manager, program manager or engagement manager.
• You are driven by creating effective teams and contributing by giving the team members the best possible conditions to achieve smart solutions.
• You have worked in an international work setting and are skilled in global stakeholder management.
• You have a strong sense of business acumen, striving to understand the clients’ businesses and needs - and act as a business advisor throughout the delivery process.
