Join our expanding Nordic SAP team and help leading organizations unlock the value of technology. We are seeking a senior and multiskilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to guide Capgemini’s customers through their digital HR transformations at all levels. If you are passionate about HR and have a strong background in SAP, we want to hear from you.
YOUR ROLE
- To cover both internal and client-facing activities.
- Naturally be exposed to S/4HANA projects and organizational change management projects.
- Play an important role in one of Capgemini’s focused strategic areas, SuccessFactors/SAP HXM.
YOUR PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience in implementation projects in one or more of the following areas; Employee Central, Compensation, Performance and Goals or Succession and Career development.
- Experiences of end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations. Including project planning, estimation, solution architecture, and delivery (Associate certifications/Professional certifications).
- Skilled in working with client stakeholders, project teams, team managers, and project delivery leads.
- Relation builder skilled in gaining trust in advisory roles and lead roles.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a Nordic languages is preferred.
