Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re seeking our next People Manager for the Engagement and Advisory unit - a role that combines leadership and hands-on work as a Data professional consultant.

As a People Manager, you will build and lead a team of 5-10 consultants, focusing on coaching, career development, and creating a positive work environment. We believe in empowering our managers to prioritize people and clients over administrative tasks.

At Capgemini Insights & Data, you will develop both business and technical skills in a supportive work environment that values community and team spirit.

What You’ll Do as a People Manager
• Lead by Example: Be the go-to person for our employees, providing guidance and support.
• Individual Growth & well-being: Conduct regular 1-on-1s, helping consultants plan their careers and achieve their goals. You will foster engagement and well-being within your team.
• Balancing Act & Self-leadership: While supporting your team, maintain your own client-oriented work. Utilization and business development are key.
In your day-to-day work, you will be contributing as a Senior Data consultant, wearing different hats depending on the context. But your role and responsibilities are at all times related to Advisory, Project & Engagement Management.

What You’ll Do as a Consultant:
• Depending on your role you will work close with our clients and drive initiatives involving data warehouses, analytics, AI, MDM, and strategy development at customer sites.

YOUR PROFILE
• You are an experienced data professional within the Data, AI & Analytics field, for example as a delivery manager, business analyst, project manager, program manager or engagement manager.
• You are driven by creating effective teams and contributing by giving the team members the best possible conditions to achieve smart solutions.
• Strong proficiency in English and (preferably) Swedish

WHAT WE BELIEVE YOU WILL ENJOY ABOUT WORKING HERE
