Our Intelligent Industry team in Switzerland is looking for a Senior Consultant / Consultant for our “Digital Engineering” practice to join one of our offices (Zurich, Lausanne, Geneve, Basel).

Your qualifications

• Academic excellence: Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or related fields with outstanding academic records
• Industry knowledge: Knowledge of process design, optimization, and implementation for product creation. Knowledge of one or more Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools, e.g. Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Arena/Windchill, Dassault Systèmes
• Consulting experience: Working experience in management consulting or engineering operations in automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, or life science sectors. Exposure to project management for complex transformation projects using agile frameworks and tools (e.g. Jira) is preferred
• Conceptual talent: Lateral thinking and ability to bridge technology, strategic evaluation, and practical implementation. Structured work style to solve complex problems with a positive mindset and enthusiasm. Eagerness to learn, adapt in uncertain situations, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level). Excellent communication, presentation, and moderation skills
• Digital affinity: very good MS Office skills, familiar with enterprise software (e.g. PLM, ERP,...)
• Cultural fit: high reliability, team spirit, and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity)
