more secure services to their end customers. For this position, we are looking for someone who can lead our banking and Insurance sectors and client’s cybersecurity strategy.

Our mission of the Capgemini Cybersecurity Practice in Japan is to appropriately control cyber risks to protect the safety and security of our customers. Members with a variety of backgrounds are active in our Cyber practice, which oversees all cybersecurity.
matters on a group and global basis, focusing on tasks such as formulating. cybersecurity strategies, formulating and promoting policies for the use of cybersecurity. technologies, and responding to cyber incidents of our customer engagements. Be part of the customer Security Management Team who is committed to building and maintaining a robust, efficient, and sustainable cybersecurity system by presenting cybersecurity strategies and policies on a group industry standards and best practices.
Job Description: You will be primarily responsible for the following tasks:
- Cybersecurity strategy planning and promotion management (Compliance and standards, EDR/XDR, Thread hunting/Preventing, AI innovations)
- Human resource development and awareness activities
- Various audits and inquiries
- Meeting management
- Incident response support - Security compliance and guardrails (collaboration with internal and external parties)
Must have the following skills:
Native level Japanese - Bilingual preferred. Experience in using English for work is preferred (reading, writing, business conversation, presentations)
・Knowledge of global security guidelines (NIST CSF, FFIEC CAT, ISO27001/2, etc.)
・Knowledge of On-Premises and Cloud Security (On prem Infrastructure, Network and Cloud Security – AWS/Azure.)
・Knowledge of Data Security is plus.
・Certifications:
Information Processing Security Specialist or CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CISA (Anyone must)
Required/Preferred skills:
Candidates with minimum 10+ year of Cyber security compliance experience
1. Planning cybersecurity strategies for business companies (experience in the financial sector preferred)
2. Operating (supporting) and upgrading cybersecurity organizations in business companies
3. Consulting on cybersecurity strategies and upgrading organizations for globally expanding companies, Banking, and insurance industry
4. Solid work experience in security compliance audits, implementing Data privacy compliance standards etc.
5. Candidate who willing to take on a new challenge and can take on the challenge independently.
