YOUR ROLE

As Business Systems Analyst with Capgemini, you will play a critical role in assisting in prioritization of IT projects as part of the business planning/ demand planning cycle for the Units. Focus on the business as a whole, and look for strategies to improve and achieve the business goal(s).

In this role, you will play a key role in:

• Support the project evaluation during the Definition Phase. Help the IT and BU teams articulate functional and non-functional requirements. Coordinate with other SMEs to understand how and if a requirement can be delivered
• Process, interpret, and document business processes, products, services, and software
• Understand the solution of the project, and be able to converse well with the Solution Architect and Platform Architect
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and develop reasonable working alternatives
• Work with the Project Manager, liasing between the Business and IT Teams, to articulate the solution in the business case
• Conduct demo(s) of business requirement to Project Stakeholders
• Review and prepare the required documentations to transition the requirements to the Build Team
• Assist in contracting activities i.e., outsourcing of Build Team, change requests, etc.
• Assist in procurement of tools used by the team

YOUR PROFILE

• Ability to assess business needs and translate them to user stories to ensure traceability of requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with the technical members and be the bridge between business and IT team
• Proven problem-solving abilities, attention to details and business acumen as applied to IT
• Experience working with information technologies and systems analysis
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Working experience in change governance and change initiative to ensure compliance of the team to processes, protocols, and regulatory requirements
• PMO and vendor management experience is an advantage
• Experience and knowledge on Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure Services or similar technologies is an advantage
