YOUR TASKS

• Configure, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Intune or AirWatch MDM solutions
• Manage mobile device policies, profiles, and compliance settings
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mobile devices and AirWatch platform issues or Intune
• Monitor and analyze system performance to ensure optimal operation.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement best practices and security standards
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to MDM

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience with Intune administration and configuration or AirWatch.
• Strong understanding of mobile device management (MDM) principles and practices
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken

It's not essential, but we appreciate it if you also have:

• Powershell or Bash scripting
• Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware, Azure) are a plus
