YOUR TASKS

• Resolving Incidents within the specified Service Level Agreements
• Investigating and diagnosing Incidents to restore a failed IT Service
• Cooperation with other technical and process teams on various projects

YOUR PROFILE

• Very good knowledge in the following technologies is a must: M365, Intune
• General knowledge of Cloud
• Very good knowledge of English and French (at least B2 proficiency level for both languages)
• Excellent work organization, attention to details
• Analytical thinking

It's not essential, but we appreciate it if you also have:

• Windows Autopilot
• HelloID
• IAM/PAM
• Compliance & Security (zero trust)
• Quick Assist / Remote Connection
• PowerShell scripting
