YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an experienced specialist in infrastructure services, ready to join our team providing Level 2/Level 3 support for our customers. This role also requires a solid understanding of application operations and experience with middleware technologies such as MFT, Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere or JBoss.

YOUR TASKS

• Administration of customer’s applications
• Performing changes and tasks according to standardized as well as non-standard operating procedures
• Handling incidents and major incidents according to agreed SLAs
• Planning & applying patches
• Working on production tools Infra component upgrades
• Support release updates

YOUR PROFILE

• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux & Windows OS.
• Hands on experience with Middleware technologies (MFT, Apache, Tomcat, Websphere, Jboss, MQ…).
• Experience with scheduling tool [Control-M, Visulal TOM or other ].
• Readiness for on-call duties.
• Fluent in English and French both spoken and written.
• Avoir La Niaque! Enthusiastic, hardworking, confident with a “can do” attitude.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting (Powershell, Bash, Python…)
