We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team as a **Data & Reporting Specialist**, responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our reporting and BI solutions—spanning tools like SAP4 Hana (FICO module), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, and Business Objects—are effectively aligned with the company's strategic goals. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues, providing end-user training, and ensuring the successful implementation of BI across the organization. Your ability to present and communicate effectively will be crucial as you demonstrate live demos and promote BI solutions throughout the group. You'll drive change management, manage ad-hoc requests, and ensure governance in a way that supports the overall direction of the finance organization.

YOUR TASKS

• Partner with senior finance stakeholders to align reporting frameworks and BI solutions with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Business Objects (BO), OLAPs and other platforms, delivering clear and actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot SAP/SAC, BO and Power BI issues, ensuring data accuracy and smooth operations.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Reporting/BI functionalities and best practices.
• Handle change request governance, ensuring all reporting changes align with business needs and compliance standards.
• Address ad-hoc reporting requests, providing fast and effective solutions to emerging business requirements.
• Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Promote Business Intelligence adoption across the group by creating promotional artifacts and leading live demonstrations.
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience working with accounting and financial data.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP FICO, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Business Objects, and OLAP solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work within a multicultural environment and thrive in a team setting.
• A strong passion for learning, especially in data modelling across multiple platforms.
• A self-starter with strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
