We work with some of the largest organisations in the world on a variety of transformation engagements, working closely with the C-Suite in shaping and delivering. Capgemini Invent is growing and is seeking to hire a Corporate Experience Lead, who will be key to shaping our offering in the market.

The Focus of Your Role

  • Leading the CE team, create and deliver on the CE strategy and ensure CE is at the centre of one Capgemini. Within this role you will partner with clients across industries to sell, design and drive their corporate and enterprise transformations, and build and lead the team of capability experts.
  • Head of digital core, own and drive the digital core (SAP) across ET to drive Business Led transformation with SAP. responsible for driving growth across CE, W&O and BT. Manage the relationship with SAP. Provide technical expertise in SAP development technologies like S/4 Hana
  • Drive the continued growth of our Finance Transformation services both by developing a portfolio of business built on valued relationships with external clients and growing Invent team with specialised skills in this area to meet our clients’ needs.

As a Corporate Experience Lead in Invent you will be working in multi-disciplinary teams and is involved in responding to a variety of strategic, business and/or operational questions addressing topics within strategy & transformation, operational excellence, technological innovations and new services launches, just to name a few. As a member of the leadership team, you will help set the direction for the business, model our values and behaviours.

This highly visible role will engage with Board/CEO/CXOs in new and existing clients on a broad range of transformation opportunities that will help our clients shape the future public sector services. Key dimensions of the role will include:

  • Developing and consolidating strong CEO and CXO relationships with our clients, leveraging proven industry content and transformation delivery capability.
  • Spearheading business value creation by extending Capgemini’s existing portfolio into innovation/transformation initiatives in major clients OR creating new business development and onsell opportunities
  • Building a team of capability experts to lead CEO/CXO interactions with our strategic and new clients
  • Shaping inventive and innovative point-of-view and propositions to compel interest and action from our clients in exploring what’s next.
  • Shape and stand up Transformation Offices that can serve as a control tower over multiple programs
  • Develop the case-for-change, including a business case, that covers people, process, technology, and data for enterprise transformations of the digital core
  • Lead the enterprise strategy and operating model with key clients

What You'll Bring

  • Experienced in enterprise strategy, processes, transformation, project delivery, operations consulting & re-engineering, business operating models and business case development
  • Corporate, Finance, and Operations experience with relevant degree, corporate development exposure
  • Knowledge and experience in transformation and improvement initiatives and digital transformation roadmaps with a focus on corporate experience.
  • Experience in leading teams including talent acquisition through networking and recruitment, developing careers, optimising capacity and profitability, and deepening capability expertise
  • A history of successful operating model design, strategy, process improvement, business case development & projects that have involved improved operations across people, process, technology, and data
  • Likely to be a leader within a recognised consultancy, with experience of leading relationships with a large organisation, across industries and managing significant transformations. Intellectually capable of developing and holding peer level relationships at all levels of the client’s company.
  • Consulting and advisory experience at C- level in large organisations, in business development, market development and delivery; gravitas to interact as a peer at Board level in client companies and comfortable working at senior level within complex organisations – able to build empathy, credibility and trust with key customers.
  • Deep expertise and senior networks across Australia and New Zealand
  • Empathetic, emotionally intelligent with proven ability to build relationships, credibility, trust and influence key customers
  • A good vision of how digital transformation impacts businesses commercially, an understanding of technology, and how to support companies in transforming their ways of working
