Being part of the Data Governance / Data Management team and helping our clients form excel in Data Governance and Data Management through data governance strategies, assessments and execution of strategies

• Helping our clients utilizing data and govern data assets in order to reach strategic objectives and increase business value
• Working with innovative topics at the interface between business, strategy, data and AI

Your skills & career

We are looking for Senior Consultants and Managers that are empathic, great at coaching, have a growth mindset and an interest in Tech/Data/AI. We are driven by a shared purpose: Unleashing human energy through technology, data, creative and innovation for an inclusive and sustainable future. The person we want to invite to join our mission likely has:

• 2-7 years’ work experience
• Management consulting experience or equivalent
• Experience in Data Governance / Data Management including e.g. Data Governance Model, Data Governance maturity assessment, Data Quality, Data Lineage or Master Data Management Strategy & Roadmap
• Enjoy the combination of tech understanding, strategic analysis and implementation work as well as having the ability to think conceptually and analytically
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A Master’s degree with a business, technical or information technology focus
• Excellent English and Swedish language skills
• Swedish work permit required
