- Work closely with the Pillar portfolio leads to align to project scope or product vision and roadmap.
- Lead the project and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities with all stakeholders
- Plan, prioritize and manage project scope, people management/pyramid, and budget
- Work closely with internal and external customers and stakeholders, including any third parties to gather business requirements and define software functionality, throughout the release lifecycle, from inception to general release to ongoing support. May also work with internal and/or external development teams and vendor partners to deliver project objectives
- Working in partnership with the engineering team and key stakeholders, you will define and deliver solutions which will provide customers the information they want and need when and where they need it.
- Manage the requirements from POs to deliver all product, offers, promotions in Marketing Technology.
- Manage multiple projects at the same time across all impacted technology systems to ensure the full consumer experience systems.
- Facilitate all operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle of projects. Assess and resolve all high priority project risks as they are encountered. Ensure all projects adhere to project methodology compliance and SDLC standards set by the company.
- Provide regular guidance and support to the project and/or delivery team to ensure the team is informed, on-track and will deliver tasks successfully and ensure the delivery team has an adequate number of tasks to work on.
- Ensure all projects meet success parameters and ROI targets stated in business case. Manage multiple complex projects/products simultaneously that cross different business units and/or companies.
- Lead the project and Technology system teams ensuring the teams are clear on vision and direction.
Skills Required
- 12+ years Project Management/Governance Experience IT software industry
- Project Management of Complex Engagements (> $10m-20M+): managing budget, resources, timeline and communication both internally and externally with the goal of delivering work on time and on budget, maintained healthy revenue, CM%, DVI, etc
- Work closely with the Portfolio lead, Program Manager, Business Stakeholders, BAs, Scrum Master and delivery teams.
- Role is responsible and Accountable to lead and manage the successful delivery of the program workstreams on time, on budget, and within scope in accordance with business priorities to market.
- Responsible for overall project success, business objectives, project budget and ROI.
- Throughout the program, manages various stakeholders and provides executive updates to the sponsors.
- Delivery of agile methodologies of software development - e2e and has built strategies.
- Strong understanding of Commerce industry and technologies, and able to guide clients and mitigate risk through an engagement, crisis Management
- Core consulting communication and team, and client management capabilities
- Must develop a deep understanding of the client ecosystem, the users, the marketplace, competitors, and future trends that relate to the industry.
- Throughout the project lifecycle, provides clear status and manages risk mitigation.
- Experience in NA Telecom communications, entertainment, and cable products/services is a big plus
- Must demonstrate experience defining and positioning complex, global, multi-pillar solutions
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities
- New Innovation/ideas/AI implementation plans or thinking
- Has performed Governance organization and resource model setup
- Has the ability to lead client workshops, Create business documentation, Assess options for process improvements
- Proven experience as Program Director for large, complex, global transformation programs

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
