Additionally, the candidate should have deep expertise in business analysis, including process mapping, gap analysis, and the impact of process changes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Requirement Translation: Translate complex business requirements into clear functional requirements, and ensure these are reflected in the solution architecture, including modules, customizations, and integrations.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, validate processes, and ensure alignment between the solution and business goals.
  • Technical Delivery Leadership: Lead the technical delivery of ADMS solutions, collaborating effectively with stakeholders, including business clients, enterprise architects, system integrators, and vendors.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system design specifications, architecture diagrams, and integration approaches. Ensure that the solution adheres to enterprise architectural standards and industry best practices.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve issues related to the functionality, data quality, and performance of ADMS systems during various project phases.
  • Program Management Support: Support enterprise program management activities, utilizing methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.

Required Skills:

  • ADMS Implementation Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior technical capacity focused on ADMS/SCADA implementation, upgrade, and architecture. Schneider Electric ADMS experience is preferred.
  • Integration Expertise: Proven experience in integrating ADMS with external systems, including GIS, OMS, AMI, CRM, and WFM, using various integration approaches.
  • IT/OT Architecture Design: Demonstrated ability to design and implement IT/OT architectures that align with both enterprise and operational requirements.
  • Business Process Change Management: Familiarity with business process change methodologies and the ability to assess and manage the impact of these changes on the overall solution architecture.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices to protect applications and data from cyber threats.
  • Data Migration: Experience with data migration related to GIS, CIS, and asset management systems, and compliance with CIM standards.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, SQL, and object-oriented programming principles.

  • System Upgrades: Experience in upgrading ADMS/SCADA systems, specifically Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure ADMS.
  • Database Management: Working experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or other database management systems.
  • Utility Industry Experience: Experience working in a utility environment, interfacing ADMS/SCADA with RTUs, and understanding the unique challenges of electric utilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
