Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities :
- Be seen by the client as a trusted advisor
- Build and operate the finance capability/service line
- Hire and mentor team members
- Support business development activities
- Deliver projects by taking various roles as required (e.g., project management stream lead, solution architect)
- Partner with SAP during Business Development and Project Delivery
- Expertise in SAP Finance with an overall understanding of all SAP modules. (Focus on FICO, Controlling Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Month End Close, Overhead assessment, and settlement.)
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify interpret validate and document customer requirements
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
- Map client business requirements processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Finance, have specialized knowledge within
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team
- Work self-directed and independently and act as subject matter mentor to junior team members

Let’s talk about your capability and experience:
- Experienced Finance Leader
- Proven record of building and operating successful SAP finance capabilities in a similar consultancy
- Ability to work with Account Executives to solution, respond and win bids
- Proven stream lead and project manager
- Experience in a similar SAP Finance Consultant position with large end users or SAP Partners.
- In-depth subject matter expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling domains, and knowledge of other SAP modules is mandatory.
- Previous experience working on large scale SAP Implementations, with at least 5 full end-to-end SAP Implementations.
- S/4 Hana and/or Public Cloud experience.
- Proven expertise in SAP General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), Asset Accounting (FI-AA) and Cost controlling modules.
- Understanding of FI integration points to other modules such as MM, SD, and integration with non-SAP applications.
- An understanding of SAP implementation methodologies.
