Job Description
Sr. No. Primary responsibility
1 Should poses end to end knowledge in Retirals Function such as PF Trust/RPFC & Gratuity
2 Handling Statutory Compliance w.r.t. EPFO and Labour Department
3 Have knowledge of PF and Gratuity Administrative and financing functions
4 Providing first level resolution to employee issues
5 Ensure all queries are addressed & Handle escalations and drive process improvements to enhance employee experience
6 Escalating to unresolved queries to next level
7 Tracking, routing, and redirecting to correct stakeholders
8 Ensure quality/quantity of processing is maintained as per agreed service level agreement.
9 Circulate weekly report to all stake holders
10 Set up regular call with all stake holders & discuss unresolved issues & take it for closure
Primary Skills
Well versed with Microsoft Excel /Word/Power Point and web-based applications
2 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
3 Comprehensive understanding of and ability to assimilate local regulatory and compliance requirement into an ongoing operational framework
4 Internal and external stakeholder relationship Management
5 Provide timely solution on the issue escalated
6 Customer service focus with controllership mind set and positive can-do attitude
