YOUR PROJECT

Application Development & Maintenance (ADM Center) provides comprehensive end-to-end IT services from business specification, through software development, implementation, to application maintenance using leading it technologies and management methods.

We enthusiastically institute solutions in the fields of DevOps, SRE, low-code, broadly understood Automation and AI.

The complexity and diversity of solutions allows to build close relationships with our clients on various levels, while also to give employees the opportunity to develop in a wide range of career paths. Our development teams are highly self-organizing and independent, capable in agile and lean software engineering practices.

YOUR TASKS

• Azure Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure Azure infrastructure and services to support Client cloud initiatives;
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Azure engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement;
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units, to define and implement cloud solutions that align with organizational goals;
• Security and Compliance: Ensure that all Azure solutions adhere to Clients security policies and compliance requirements;
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Azure-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations;
• Innovation and Best Practices: Stay current with the latest Azure technologies and best practices and drive the adoption of innovative solutions within the team;
• Knowledge Management and Documentation: Proven ability to create, manage, and maintain comprehensive documentation and implement effective knowledge management strategies within a technical environment.

YOUR PROFILE

• bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• proven 5+ years’ extensive experience as a Senior Azure Engineer/Architect with a deep understanding of Azure services, architecture, and best practices;
• experience in team management and leadership roles;
• Azure Platform Configuration: In-depth knowledge of Azure Networking, Azure Load Balancer, and Azure Policies;
• Azure DevOps: Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and project management;
• Azure Generic Services: Expertise in Azure API Management and Azure AD Proxy;
• Azure Infrastructure: Strong understanding of Azure Virtual Machines, Containers, Storage, and Data-related services;
• IoT Services: Familiarity with Azure IoT services and their implementation;
• proficiency in scripting and automation using tools such as PowerShell, Bicep, Yaml, ARM templates, or Terraform is mandatory;
• experience working with serverless / PaaS areas Example & Not Limited to: Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure App Services, Event drive applications etc.;
• strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure;
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer) are highly desirable.
