YOUR TASKS

• Prepare and interpret analysis and reports from data available in Ariba.
• Process implementation and optimization in Ariba.
• Lead and advice changes in system and in process. Proactively search for solutions.
• Delivers a high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to the Client.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, developing strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
• Handling Clients escalations to appropriate instances.

YOUR PROFILE

• Upper-intermediate English (B2).
• Wide knowledge of Ariba Platforms.
• Experience & knowledge in Supplier and/or Catalog Enablement in Ariba.
• Ability to work well with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines and tasks in order to accomplish goals.
• Excellent Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude.
• Strong attention to details, analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• SAP / MDG vendor master data management will be an asset.
