The Engagement Director will lead a team to deliver services required to undertake business case review, program definition, program scoping, estimating and act as the responsible CG representative for the engagement. This role is required to influence, build stakeholder relationships with the client, and deliver quality outcome.

- Scope and dependency management.
- Stakeholder management and issues escalation and resolution.
- Establish program governance with the client.
- Establish program governance internally within Capgemini.
- Capgemini financial and schedule management.
- Contract and commercial management.
- Risks and issues management.
- Lead and manage delivery team.
- Resource management.
Let’s talk about your capability and experience:
- 10+ years' experience delivering business transformation projects.
- Experience in SAP implementations, minimum 4 full cycle implementations.
- Prior experience in business consultancy, management consultancy.
- Contract and commercial management and negotiations.
- Industry experience, public sector, highly desirable.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management at C- level.
