Your Role

• Ensure the delivery of end-to-end solutions by aligning and closely collaborating with project managers and product owners of related applications and products;
• Be responsible for creating, maintaining and delivering up-to-date project documentation according to the applicable standard operating procedures;
• Lead project proactively and hands-on during all project phases (user needs & definition up to product introduction) for different project maturity levels (exploration, concept, development, product delivery);
• Plan and control work package resources and costs with portfolio management tools;
• Report project status to steering boards;
• Identify, rate and manage project risks;
• Be responsible for and drive risk assessments (medical product, privacy, security);
• Setup service concepts to enable secure and reliable operations of the delivered solutions in close collaboration with DevOps teams IT and technical support;
• Contribute to the coordination of the project portfolio of the solution scape, to the effectiveness of the process organization and to the improvement of the project leadership practices.

Your Profile

• Higher level engineering degree (Bachelor or Master);
• Project Management certifications (preferably IPMA level C certified);
• 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably for mobile, web apps;
• Experience with regulatory aspects of software development (medical software development);
• 3+ years of experience in software project management, preferably in an agile software development environment;
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MSTeams and MSOffice tools;
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must;
• Team-player with good communication skills;
• Focused, assertive, with sense of priorities;
• Able to deliver, output-oriented;
• Able to work in a distributed, and diverse collaboration environment.
