About the job you’re considering

Working in the EUS team, you will be responsible for managing the Software and Device Lifecycle processes - to be delivered to an estate of over 40k+ devices.

This will include liaising with vendors to determine support state and roadmaps. It is a pro-active role to ensure all software in the Windows EUS Build is in a supported state and the Devices remain supported (including a view against new Operating System versions). This must be done in a timely manner and maintain progress reporting.

Your role

• This is a multifaceted role which will also have client engagement – therefore strong stakeholder management will be required, as well as organization and attention to detail.
• You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the refresh and lifecycle, to deliver continued End User Support to our clients.

Your skills and experience

Subject Matter Expert in Release and Deployment Management
Knowledge of Service Management Best Practice
Experience of managing Tier 1 IT Service Providers
Experience of team management
Experience of Service Management Toolsets
Excellent communication skills with the ability to inform others using technical knowledge
Computer literate, including a good working knowledge of relevant computer software
ITIL V3/4 Foundation Certificate
ITIL V3/4 Expert or ITIL4 Managing Professional or ITL4 Strategic Leader
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle

Your security clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (DV) clearance.
To obtain DV clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.

Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
