As our Senior Technical Consultant, you will be providing D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) support to a diverse range of clients. At times, you’ll work in a team and sometimes independently. This is not your average support role, as you’ll be proactively advising customers on how to maximise their D365 F&O application from a technical perspective, while also getting involved in small projects and continuous improvement work.

As our Senior Technical Consultant, you will be providing D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) support to a diverse range of clients. At times, you’ll work in a team and sometimes independently. This is not your average support role, as you’ll be proactively advising customers on how to maximise their D365 F&O application from a technical perspective, while also getting involved in small projects and continuous improvement work.
What you’ll own
- Support our clients' D365 F&O application from a technical perspective
- Write code, test and analyse issues
- Deal with incidents and requests, enhancements and customizations
- Provide technical advice to clients on service updates and features that are available as part of Microsoft monthly updates
Your Experience
- Certified in MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance & Operations and/or MB500: Finance and Operations Apps Developer
- 2+ years’ proven technical experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O application development with X++, as well as performing environment maintenance
- 2+ years’ experience supporting customers and/or working on project implementations with an excellent understanding D365 F&O and best practices
- Have a strong understanding of wider Microsoft technologies with the ability to present their technical benefits to existing and potential clients
- Be confident working directly with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their vision and business requirements
- Knowledge and/or understanding of other applications/toolsets in the D365 stack such as BYOD, Data Entities, Microsoft.Net Framework, Powershell, SQL, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Azure development and integration (Logic Apps, Functions), Power Automate, Power BI Reporting
