RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the existing IT asset management portfolio, which encompasses hardware, software, and cloud/SaaS assets.
• Responsible for curating accurate and complete asset inventories, as well as ensuring licensing compliance.
• Enhance and implement processes for usage, reclaim licenses, and rationalize products.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and selfservice and lead activities to realize them.
• Maintain metrics and reports to measure performance from reporting assets and deliver necessary information to Technology management.
• Remediate assets missing from the Compliance inventory.
• Managing software and SaaS models within asset management application (ServiceNow).
• Support requests for software from IT Service Management application (ServiceNow).
• Collaborate with and manage stakeholders within the Technology Governance team, other Technology teams involved in IT asset management, and other business units.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Demonstrate good to strong analytical, problem solving, professional skepticism, inquisitiveness, and business sense.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Peer and stakeholder relationship management required.
• Contract negotiation and supplier management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) required.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) preferred.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Cloud Cost Management or similar tool preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
• Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI preferred.
