Job Description

• Candidate should have strong experience to understand their business processes and requirements for IBP implementation.
• Design and configure SAP IBP modules, including supply planning, inventory optimization, and sales and operations planning.
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with project teams.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end-users on SAP IBP functionality and best practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams for data integration, system interfaces, and enhancements.
• Support system testing, issue resolution, and change management during project implementation.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support and system maintenance.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP features, enhancements, and industry best practices.

Primary Skills

• Candidate should have minimum 5 to 11 years of experienced in SCM-APO / IBP consultant with at least 2 years of module specific project experience in IBP.
• The candidate should have atleast 2 end to end full cycle implementations in IBP, with the ability to bring to a productive state the modules being requested: IBP SOP, IBP-Demand, IBP- Supply / Response, IBP-Inventory.
• Experienced with the IBP planning tool in a productive environment.

Secondary Skills

• Strong communicator at multiple levels of the organization with strong and clear verbal and written communications; an ability to conduct.
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
