Job Description:

  • 10 years of development experience leading a team of 10+ resources across different regions(onshore/offshore)
  • 2-3 years of experience in at least 2 large scale cloud transformation including cloud assessment, migration, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver and execute GenAI GitHub CoPilot for large scale enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with customer product owners and application owners to execute application Development.
  • Drive and lead the project.
  • Identify and help risks, report to the steering committee.
  • Responsible for Prompt Library creation, CoPilot Setup, Best Practices for Code Development
  • Code Optimization, Code Review and Unit Test Automation using GitHub CoPilot
  • Customize LLM, tune LLM and train LLM
  • Maintain timely status inputs and corrections for accurate reporting.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Jira, Confluence platform & DevOps
  • Basic understanding of networking, firewalls, ports and infrastructure monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies and DevOps (GitHub Action, highly preferred)
  • Knowledge in Agile methodology and wiki documentation.
