Are you a SAP professional with a strong track record in presales, lead generation, and delivery leadership, looking to join a dynamic international team at the forefront of SAP technology?

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Solutions Architect to join our team and take a lead role in our SAP Center of Excellence (COE). As SAP Solutions Architect, you should posses extensive knowledge in SAP, ranging from consulting to solution architecture. The primary responsibilities of this role include presales support, lead generation, and delivery leadership for S/4HANA projects.

  • Assist in the qualification process for SAP bids;
  • Develop detailed solutions for S/4HANA bids, including scoping, planning, designing operating and delivery models, estimating work effort and resource pyramid index, and budget estimation;
  • Engage with customers' VPs throughout the presales process to better understand requirements, challenge visions, and provide value through experience. Lead Generation;
  • Familiarize yourself with Capgemini's full SAP portfolio to effectively support the sales team;
  • Being active participant in international SAP consultants team with goal of shaping solutions and winning it to Capgemini portfolio;
  • Provide SAP expertise and vision during initial interactions with customers.


  • Thoroughly understand the content of RFPs related to S/4HANA greenfield implementations, S/4HANA brownfield conversions, and S/4HANA deployment programs and have a proven track of record in field of SAP pre-sales area.
  • Minimum overall 15 years of experience in SAP, starting as a consultant and progressing to a solution architect, with ideally some experience as an Engagement Manager.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience specifically with S/4HANA; 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP presales activities.
  • Broad knowledge across SAP solutions and functional areas is essential.
  • Proficiency in the English language at an advanced level is required, proficiency in the Czech language preferred.
