Are you ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for an experienced leader to take our Nordic Salesforce business to the next level as our Head of Nordic Salesforce Center of Excellence!

As part of one of the top 5 global Salesforce partners, you will play a crucial role in shaping our Nordic Salesforce go-to-market strategy, building, and maintaining CxO relationships, and developing winning proposals across our enterprise portfolio of clients. You will also be the Nordic Business Units representative within our European and global Salesforce Center of Excellence leadership team. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to collaborate and exchange knowledge with a fast-growing community of Salesforce experts and business leaders.

As the Head of Salesforce COE for the Nordics, you will use your vast experience and expertise to make an impact across these areas:

  • Business Growth: Build and execute strategies for growth on Salesforce within the Business Unit, ensuring appropriate investments and collaboration across departments within Capgemini to execute on the strategies. Identify and shape transformative deals with Salesforce as the selected technology and Capgemini as their trusted transformation partner.
  • Partnerships: Strengthen the partnership between Capgemini and Salesforce in the Nordics through strategic alignment on key industries and accounts. Form strong account plans on prioritized bets and support demand-generating activities with thought leadership and public speaking.
  • Capability Growth: Provide input to delivery practices capability plans on priority growth areas based on market trends.
  • Team Leadership: Lead an expert Salesforce team across functional and technical solutioning. Mentor and inspire consultants across the Nordic countries on the latest developments in the Salesforce market.

We see the following experiences and skills as meriting:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Experience in developing strong business plans in international, multi-department organizations.
  • Solution Selling: Proven track record in crafting innovative and scalable solutions within the CX and CRM domain, developing winning proposals, leading bid submissions, and presenting pitches effectively while managing risk related to the sales process.
  • C-Suite Engagement: Comfortable driving discussions at the c-suite level, managing objections, and defending your position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with executive-level presentation and facilitation experience.
  • Delivery: Extensive experience in leading or working with international clients in roles such as project management or business analysis, focusing on Customer Experience (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Analytics, and beyond). Experience in large-scale, national/international transformation initiatives with complex, multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder, and multi-country delivery structures. Skilled in implementing governance frameworks to manage common pitfalls of Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Strong relationships within key strategic partner ecosystems, including partners, vendors, and experts, with an active network.
  • People Leadership, Mentorship, and Talent Development: Proven track record of leading and mentoring other architects and technical teams in global organizations.
  • Industry Relevance: Deep understanding of selected industries such as Telco, Energy, Public Sector, Automotive, and Manufacturing.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and a Nordic language.
