Your role:
As a TOSCA ORACLE Automation Engineer you will be responsible to Lead one or more teams of talented automation engineers. You will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day management, planning, reporting, progress and risk management for the team, providing guidance and expertise to deliver successfully against your commitments.
You will work with other Sogeti and client stakeholders to ensure commitments are met.
You will be certified to ISTQB Foundation Level in Software Testing, as a minimum (or equivalent qualification)
Skills and Experience
- Design and implement effective automation test strategies and plans for Oracle Fusion applications and integrations.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts for Oracle Fusion using Tricentis Tosca and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and other team members to automate manual test scripts.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of Finance, Projects, Procurement, HCM, Payroll, and other areas in test scripts.
- Integrate automation assets into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, TOSCA Server, or similar.
- Maintain good knowledge of individual Oracle Fusion Modules.
- Utilize test automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Tricentis Tosca, Keysight EggPlant, or similar.
- Employ test management tools like JIRA, ALM, etc.
- Work effectively in a problem-solving environment, maintaining attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Understand test life cycles, defect management processes, and risk/issue identification.
- Possess or be willing to obtain an ISTQB/ISEB certification in software testing (Foundation level or above).
Essential Skills:
- Ability to design and implement effective automation test strategies.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with developers, analysts, and other team members.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of automation engineers.
- Proven track record in executing SAP E2E testing.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in Tricentis Tosca Testsuite.
- Proven experience as a Tosca Automation Engineer or in a similar role, with specific experience in Oracle applications.
- Eligibility for or possession of Security Clearance (SC).
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of other CI/CD and test management tools.
- Tricentis TOSCA Automation Specialist Level 1 & 2 certifications.

Security Clearance requirement
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
