About the job you're considering

We’re seeking a Business Value Manager (BVM) who wants to grow their career and delight customers in a challenging and rewarding role. The prime purpose of the role is to gather and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and optimise the quality and cost of delivery. This could be via multiple methods, but in particular through the implementation of Automation and process improvement. The focus of all our staff is to enhance and transform our customer platforms and experience for the better.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role

The BVM's principal area of focus is the IT process performance of both the customer’s business requirements and how we execute the delivery of products and services to the customer. Key responsibilities are:

• Continuous use of data to identify new Automation opportunities and first-time resolutions, improving internal productivity and the end-user experience.
• Drive the transition towards Digital Channels to improve issue resolution times and reduce customer reliance on human contact.
• Work with the customer about future enhancements to clarify requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure feasibility.
• Review the efficiency of Process flows and collaborate with the technical support groups to remedy any inefficient flows.
• Stakeholder management of the Capgemini delivery teams

You can bring your whole self to work. At Capgemini, striving for equity, diversity, and inclusion is part of everyday life, and will be part of your working reality. We have built an inclusive and welcoming environment, for everyone.

Your skills and experience

• Sound understanding of LEAN principles.
• Knowledge in User Experience would be an advantage.
• Effective business communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for data-driven decisions. Experience in data modelling, process modelling, Automation, data integration, and reporting tools would be an asset.
• Candidates with ITIL processes experience would be preferred.
• The ability to communicate, collaborate, and engage with people at all levels.

Your security clearance

Security Check (SC) Clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
Some posts are restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons; therefore, you may be asked about your citizenship in the application process.
