An overview of the role

Financial service (FS) institutions are being fundamentally changed by a rapid absorption of digital and disruptive technology. Our Enterprise Transformation team integrate strategy, process, people, technology, and data into a comprehensive transformation journey for our clients, spanning from vision to digital core, and from transformation to asset-driven consulting.

Alongside Frog Customer First and Intelligent Industry, Enterprise Transformation represents the unique combination of three capabilities that allows Capgemini to drive impact with our clients.

As Capgemini Invent is growing, we are seeking to hire a Vice President to spearheading our Enterprise Transformation portfolio into our FS clients.

As a Vice President, you will be responsible for contextualising and shaping our Enterprise Transformation portfolio of offers into our FS go-to-market, work closely with our FS client partners to build relevant senior client relationships, help Capgemini Invent become a trusted advisor, identifying and creating new opportunities to support our clients.

Why this role?

You will play a leadership role in our wider business, helping set the direction, driving forward the business, modelling our values and behaviours, and coaching junior members of the team. Key expectations from this role include:

  • Working as part of the Capgemini Invent Financial Services and Enterprise Transformation leadership teams within our business.
  • Leading/coordinating Capgemini Invent Enterprise Transformation offerings, tools and assets for FS.
  • Capitalising on relationships already developed with large financial institutions. Identifying and building a strong network of contacts at the client responsible for consulting/advisory programmes, extending our relationships with them as clients of Capgemini Invent.
  • Taking the role of Programme Leader, overseeing the delivery of Capgemini Invent engagements with major client(s).

We’d love to meet someone with

Experience with a recognised consultancy, leading relationships with financial services institutions and managing significant transformation programmes. Intellectually capable of developing and holding peer level relationships at all levels.

Ideally you’ll bring:

  • Good existing relationships with senior executives of major financial services institutions operating in the UK.
  • Experience of developing relationships with senior level clients and acting as their trusted advisor for transformation.
  • Strong experience of shaping transformation programmes leveraging the following capabilities: strategy and operating model, programme and change, human capital and workforce transformation, technology advisory, data and AI.
  • A proven track record in new business development in major banks/insurance firms across the full sales lifecycle.

You’ll also bring:

  • Strong management consulting experience with proven success in Financial Services.
  • Experience and evidence of thought leadership and a market recognised reputation in the market.
  • Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
  • Credibility and personal impact – being driven, dynamic, tenacious and possessing the will to win and deliver results.
  • Versatility and collaborative in style, empathetic in nature, confident in content and focussed on outcomes at all levels in the client organisation.
