The work

An overview of the role:

As a Customer/Digital Analytics & AI Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with market-leading clients, utilising cutting-edge technologies such as AI to tackle impactful industry challenges. Your proficiency in advanced analytics and AI and consulting acumen will contribute to the bottom-line growth of our clients.

In this role, you will leverage your consulting skills to manage projects, deliver client-centric outcomes, and present compelling insights. Furthermore, you will bring additional expertise in Customer/Digital Analytics and AI, enhancing our ability to help clients understand their customers on a deeper level.

Your role will span various industries, allowing you to identify innovative analytical solutions, drawing from best practices, to address specific customer and business challenges. Your deep understanding of the biggest challenges that marketing, customer, digital and commercial teams face will be instrumental in developing new solutions and propositions.

Why this role?

Within this role you will use your experience within Customer/Digital Analytics & AI to help our clients better understand their customers to tailor and optimise their customer interactions, digital marketing activities and product design.

You will work across multiple industries to identify innovative analytical solutions, based on best practice, that can be applied to address specific customer and business challenges. Your skills in digital & customer analytics will help you create innovative solutions and propositions that facilitate digital and customer strategy & transformation. You will put your consulting skills into practice by planning, managing, and organising projects, delivering presentations to clients, and working to tight deadlines.

But your role doesn't end with data analysis & insights alone. You will play a pivotal consulting role: for example, facilitating workshops, managing workstreams, delivering impactful communications to our clients, providing recommendations on their future, providing training and support on new capabilities. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, you'll collaborate closely to understand their needs, address challenges, and achieve successful outcomes.

As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:


• Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
• Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
• Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

We'd love to meet with someone with:

  • Experience in strategising, designing, developing, and deploying analytical solutions using digital & customer data.
  • Good understanding of the following areas (some, if not all): Customer Data Strategy, Customer Analytics/Insights, Customer loyalty & Marketing analytics, Lifetime Value Modeling , Personalisation, Digital Product Analytics & Optimisation, Digital Marketing, Omnichannel; Price elasticity modeling & Promotions data modelling/analytics, Market mix modelling.
  • Understanding of challenges in the marketing, digital, customer and commercial space that companies face.
  • Proven track record in helping businesses leverage digital & customer insights to make more informed business decisions.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client pitches.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of analytical outputs. Implement best practices for data analysis, visualisation, and reporting.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing Cloud platforms such as Adobe/Google, Customer Data platforms
  • Experience in digital product optimisation tools for A/B and multivariate testing, such as Adobe Target and/or Optimizely.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge of AI and machine learning techniques, including generative AI, is a good to have.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in analytics, with a focus on customer, digital, marketing, and growth analytics. Prior experience in a consulting environment is highly desirable.
