About the project:

The Advanced Driver Assistance/Automated Driving (AD/AD) Systems Team is actively searching for talent to fill open positions with individuals specializing in Automated Driving System Engineering focusing on designing systems functionality, behavior and interoperability of customer based Automated Driving Features as integrated into EE architectures.

Your future tasks:

Talented Feature architect/SW Requirements Engineer is integrated into the system engineering process to build a synthetic view from system to application software. As part of the Architecture team, he/she is required to be responsible to build the requirements synthesis, logical architecture and propose system and SW requirements as well as KPI decomposition.

Our Requirements:

• Have at least 5 years of experience in AD/ADAS feature development
• Have at least 2 years of experience as feature owner or technical leader
• Have at least 2 years of experience of system engineering processes
• Be able to proactively identify requirements gaps and fix those by defining the missing requirements ensuring proper traceability
• Formalize and proactively propose new design concepts, and integrate the new needs into SW requirements, complementary to the ones existing
• Proficient in the usage of UML/SysML methods: ideal Rhapsody and RTC
• Be able to proactively dig into the components code to identify missing requirements or allocate issues/defects
• During the in-vehicle validation tool phase, lead the triage team, by re-simulating complex scenario and providing guidance in the faulty component identification and fix
• University degree

Nice to have:
• Good knowledge of Safety process, SOTIF principles, “safe by design” and “design for validation” approach
• Agile methodology exposure and hands-on experience
• Knowledge of Magic-Draw, Basic GitHub and CodeBeamer
