YOUR TASKS

• Lead requirements gathering sessions to collect business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements, specifically using the Guidewire platform.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the Guidewire platform, guiding both business and IT stakeholders on best practices and potential optimizations.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, system configurations, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements, timelines, and project status.
• Design and execute test plans to ensure the Guidewire applications meet business needs and are free from defects.
• Provide training and support to business users on new systems and processes implemented as part of the Guidewire ecosystem.
• Assist with project management tasks including project planning, progress tracking, and risk management.
• Stay updated with the latest updates and enhancements from Guidewire and evaluate their implications for business operations

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry.
• Proven experience with Guidewire implementations, particularly with modules such as PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a thorough understanding of business processes related to insurance.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Polish and English.
• Experience with SQL and familiarity with database concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Previous experience in a leadership role or managing a team.
• Proficiency in German or French is highly desirable.
